It is a good value for the price, being a double bowl feeder with a camera. The camera took about an hour to set up because of wonky directions (and I'm a computer person...) but once it got it connected to the wifi, I haven't had any issues. It looks nice, fits a lot of food in it and has only clogged once since getting it several months ago. However, the portion control I've found is a bit inconsistent. One button push equals one serving, but sometimes "one serving" is 4 pieces of dry food.....so if I'm away from home and have it set up to release food, I always make sure it releases at least 2 servings. It's not the biggest deal, unless your cats has trouble pacing themselves.I was hoping this item would work great for my 5 dogs, I bought 2 of them and figured I would feed one of my dogs manually.Puppy food worked great for the puppies, but it doesn’t say puppy feeder, it says dog feeder.The dog food I have is medium dog food and yet the food still clogged.I contacted support, they sent me a new one which was nice once I returned the old one, so customer service was great, but the unit still clogged with dog food so I had to return it, would have been a great concept.Also camera never worked on any of them, not once.Super easy to set up and use. I love this dog food feeder, not only does it feed my dog the proper amount of food, but when I’m at work, I open the app and I can connect to the camera on the front. I can talk to her, and she gets so happy to hear my voice, and she barks back. I can even record her so I don’t miss cute moments. Very good quality for the price. This makes a great gift idea for any pet lover. Highly Recommend.I bought this automatic feeder with the idea of checking on my pet.The feeder motor is very quiet, I can barely hear it! You can control precisely how much food to drop, and how often.I initially had a problem where I couldn't see the camera stream... everything else was working except the camera stream. I reached out to the seller and they were very helpful with troubleshooting, and eventually we solved the problem. (I had initially installed the suggested app "Smart Life", but it was giving problems. So after reaching I switched to a different app named "Tuya Smart" with the same login - re-added the feeder and everything works now.)Would buy again.Ordered this in preparation of getting my second kitty. The design is great, and works well for one cat as well. I placed her ceramic bowl in the front and it catches the kibble too. Like another reviewer said, the Smart Life app also had issues showing the camera stream, so I installed the Tuya Smart app which is pretty much identical UI. Camera stream worked with it. Just waisted my money on this thing and can no longer return it because I was trying to get it to work by getting different size food.This product is junk. For over $100 it doesn’t even dispense food. It gets caught on the plastic fins for the turn table. Not worth the money. Returning it the same day I got it.
