One of our cats has had a thing for foam balls since he was a kitten. He'll fetch if you throw them, but if you don't, he'll play on his own for hours. Then he'll bring it to you and meow and meow and meowandmeowandmeow until you either throw it again or put it away to shut him up.The biggest problem we've had until now (aside from the meowing) is that the balls he used to love best were semi-rigid foam that would start to fall apart after a few days of play. We'd find bits of foam all over the house and know it was time to "retire" his latest ball. Honestly, I picked these up because I just wanted to start buying them in bulk. But to our surprise, these are just a bit more spongy than his regular balls, and he LOVES them for it. They bounce away from his paws a bit more than the old ones, so he gets to play more interactively without bugging us as often. They also don't tear apart as quickly, so he's been playing with the same 2 for weeks now with no foam pieces on the stairs or carpet. For that alone, I'd pay this much for a 2-pack.Now if only they did something about the meowing...I was so glad to find these on here since I couldn’t find them at a major retailer. As with any toys, some cats love them and some cats aren’t interested. We have one senior cat who acted like a kitten again when we brought out one of these. She also loves to walk around with one in her mouth while yowling, and only pauses when we praise her for being such a good hunter.Mi mascota le gusto mucho,,, buen jugueteOur kittens love these, and unlike other toys that get left on the floor for their humans to trip on, these balls just swish together when you step on them and quickly reshape making them safe fun. Because they are soft and spongy, you can throw them across the room for kitty without worrying about hitting other furniture or breaking something. Definitely a five star cat toy!My cat actually carries the balls around . He hides them and plays with them every day. The do shred and have to be replaced but they are his favorite toy out of many. Reasonable price for watching a happy , healthy cat ? playMy cat loves running after these balls and "catching" them. They're very light weight and he can carry them in his mouth. I never realized he loved playing with balls so much until I got these!One of my cats absolutely loves these. She plays with them all day and brings them to me while chirping proudly as if she hunted them in the wild. My other cat will chase them but won't pick them up because he has a weird aversion to the texture of memory foam. He also won't go on a foam mattress without a sheet.
