Took a while to put up, but is pretty sturdy. My older cats don't like how steep it is to first get up there but because of the spacing its unavoidable. My other cat loves it.Beautiful and practical. Our cats love this configuration and will often stay laying on it for hours, they love using it to get away from the new puppy.Love it
