Love this whiteboard. The marker tray is a little chincy so I don't use it, and make sure your wall is perfectly straight before hanging otherwise it will have some wonky give to it when you're writing. Mine looks great in the home office and writes/erases great. I bought two of them.I would rate it 5 stars but I had a small dent when it arrived nothing worth complaining about or returning it but it still affect my outcome
