Much smaller than you expect based on the photo's. Only good for a very small dog but it is accurate and good value for money.It’s really small. Tried to weigh my 13 lb puppy and it’s just to small. Will be great for new born pupsGood product its a little bigger than a kitchen scale long as a 16 oz water bottle and wide the sameWe got this for our cat, who at the time was losing weight at 8#, and it was too small for him. I would purchase again, but only for very small animals.I wish they had an Interchangeable plate so you could weigh anything you want.I’m impressed!I did not use a calibrated weight but my dog measured the same as the vet’s weight. Therefore I deducted 1 star until I verify with a certified weight.Very wrong for weighing puppies, display is very hard to read.The scale itself works ok and delivers on what it says its for. The description of the size is where it gets to be a littler confusing. they measure it in cm first and then in parenthesis inches. i understand that here in the us we don't conform with the rest of the world but upon first glance the size makes it seem larger than it is, i had missed that through no fault of seller just my lack of observation. The bottom line is if you thought the scale was gonna be in the 2 feet range large enough to hold a small dog or large cat it isn't and we struggled to keep a 5lb kitten on it to get their weight with, the top tray also disconnects from the base often making it a little difficult to get their proper weight with as well.
